We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our small team at Hatters Foodhall. With usually just two or three people working, this is a fully hands-on role: you’ll lead shifts while cooking, serving, cleaning and closing alongside the team.
We take pride in making sure every order looks and tastes its best, while maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness.
You’ll also collect stock from our Ardwick prep kitchen, so a full driving licence and your own car are essential.
What you’ll do
- Lead shifts and organise the team during service
- Cook and serve every order to specification
- Manage the fryer section and maintain food quality
- Complete opening, closing and food-safety checks
- Maintain excellent cleanliness throughout the shift
- Monitor stock, waste and preparation requirements
- Train and support team members
- Take customer orders and resolve service issues
- Transport stock between Ardwick and Denton
What we’re looking for
- Kitchen experience in street food, fast casual or a similar setting
- Experience supervising or confidently leading shifts
- A hands-on attitude and pride in producing excellent food
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Good food-safety and allergen knowledge
- Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Full availability Thursday–Sunday
