About the Supervisor Role

As Supervisor you'll be a key part of the team at Sorbo Lounge; supporting your managers,leading your colleagues through each shift,and helping make sure every customer leaves happy. What You’ll Do
-
Lead from the front during busy shifts,helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly

Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge,from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor

Help coach,guide and motivate the team,making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service

Keep a close eye on the detail,including cleanliness,presentation,food safety,allergens and cash handling processes

Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently,always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one

Play your part in driving sales,managing the bar and pass,and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
