Skilled Landscaper

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Skilled Landscaper to join our team. This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge in landscape installation. The successful candidate will work alongside crew members on-site, while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the duration of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical landscape construction tasks, including but not limited to: site preparation, planting, blockwork, brickwork, drainage, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction (e.g., pavers, retaining walls, patios)
Site prep and set out, Work from design drawings and detail drawings.
Operate and maintain power tools and heavy equipment.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe job site at all times
Set a professional example for crew members by maintaining a strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with the project manager regarding job progress, material needs, and any on-site issues.
Must have clean UK full driving license
