The Little Gym is the world’s leading motor-skills development programme for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Our programme uses gymnastics as a vehicle for teaching motor skills through music, movement, games, and structured activities that support physical, emotional, perceptual, social, and cognitive development.
Classes are delivered by highly trained instructors in a safe, nurturing, non-competitive environment where children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
As we prepare to open our brand-new Farnham centre in March 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and committed team from the very beginning.
The Role
We are looking for a full and part-time Instructors with excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
The role will include:
- Teaching curriculum-based classes to children aged 4 months–12 years
- Delivering outstanding customer service to families
- Supporting membership growth through community engagement
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the gym
- Completing The Little Gym instructor training programme (starting February 2026)
Gymnastics experience is helpful but not essential — a genuine love of working with children is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 42 per week
