We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team at Woodland Park Care Home.

About the Role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. You will support with personal care, respond to call bells, and provide reassurance and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with personal care and hygiene
- Assisting with mobility and repositioning
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to needs
- Maintaining a calm, safe, and clean environment
- Accurate record keeping

- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
