Opportunity for Registered Nurses to work for a Nursing Home in North Wales providing care for elderly patients.
Duties to include delivering a high standard of nursing care and support to vulnerable adults persons by adhering to and meeting required standards and expectations. This includes (but is not limited to) developing and maintaining care plans, ongoing assessments, review of clients' health and well-being, administering medication in accordance with regulations and guidelines, management of chronic health conditions and generally helping residents enhance their quality of life and the monitoring and supervisions of care staff.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification recognised for UK registration pathways.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of person-centred care.
- Willingness to complete all UK registration and immigration requirements.
Rates of pay are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Bank holiday enhancement and daily breaks are paid, as is 5.6 weeks paid annual leave entitlement.
