Senior Vehicle Body Repair Technician – Manchester

What We Offer:
- £885 - £1,192 per week (approx. £46,000 - £62,000 per year) plus uncapped bonus potential and a guaranteed £600 bonus for your first 3 months
- 10% - 20% monthly profit share – currently averaging £970 per month per employee

Your Role Includes:
- Multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, light panel, and light MET work
- Delivering high-quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
- Providing excellent customer service every time
- Working Monday to Friday (days) plus alternate Saturday mornings
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and suppliers
- Maintaining strict health and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Previous multi-skilled vehicle body repair experience
- BS 10125 or NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
- ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
