Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
- Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to create complete beauty looks.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client experience and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairstyling with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles.
- Skills in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and customer service are highly desirable.
- Ability to manage store operations or contribute to store management tasks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and understand their needs.
- Experience in front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and retail upselling techniques.
