We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Transformation Practitioner to join our dynamic Transformation team based in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact programmes that drive innovation, efficiency and improved patient outcomes across the Trust.
In this role, you will lead and support the delivery of priority transformation initiatives, using a blend of project management, quality improvement and change management methodologies. Working collaboratively, you will partner with clinical and operational teams to design, implement and sustain service improvements. The role involves engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, contributing to system-wide transformation.
The role also plays a key part in contributing to building a culture of continuous improvement at East Cheshire Trust, coaching teams, facilitating change, and developing capability across the organisation.

Hours per week: 37.5
Provide programme and/or project management support to complex transformation programmes. Demonstrate expert knowledge of project management, quality improvement and change management methodology, tools and techniques, advising others on appropriate application and use.
Lead and support transformation and quality improvement, focusing on developing, structuring and delivering programme and project benefits, with continuous prioritisation of workloads to ensure effective use of resources.
Generate and share knowledge across the organisation, developing networks which support organisational vision and culture, and continually “horizon scan” for innovative approaches.

Undertake best practice research and benchmarking analysis to identify quality improvement methodology. The post holder is expected to be a member of numerous websites which publish up to date evidence and thus then able to share findings appropriately with colleagues across both health and social care.
Provide comprehensive line management to team members as required, to include recruitment, appraisal, ESR activities and day-to-day workload supervision.
