Playworker (Development Opportunity to Setting Manager)
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Playworker in our after-school and holiday club setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking to build a long-term career in playwork. The successful candidate will begin as a Playworker and, over time, be supported to develop into the role of Setting Manager. Training, responsibilities, and contracted hours will gradually increase over several years, with the potential to work up to 35 hours per week.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Playwork qualification
- Experience working with children across a wide age range.
- A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
- Experience of managing staff
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
