Salary: £37,000 BASIC -> £64,000 OTE inc. Uncapped Bonus worth upto £27,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled and committed Roofer to join our growing team in North West England.
The Role
You will lead a 5-6 man roofing team consisting of yourself an additional roofer a semi skilled operative and 2-3 labourers. The work will be predominantly social housing re-roofs.
Bonus is based around completions so role is ideal for target driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilise a team to safely and quickly carry out a re-roofing on domestic properties.
- Ensure we keep up with fast paced programmes.
- Ability to motivate a team to hit target of 1 property per day day in day out.
- Use software to receive, update and close jobs, including uploading photographs and job notes.
- Liaise professionally with residents, clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with SSR Roofing’s H&S procedures.
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments on-site to ensure safety and awareness of ACMs.Requirements
- Proven experience as a roofer with experience in re-roofing programmes preferably some experience in social housing.
- Willingness to work away when required although will be minimal
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing (preferred).
- Valid CSCS Card and full UK driving licence (essential).
- PASMA certification (prefered).
- Clean DBS Check (essential)
- <6 Points on Driving License (essential)
- Comfortable using mobile job management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
