Overview
We are looking for a proactive and approachable Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay at the Bein inn hotel and restaurant.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and experienced in hospitality management, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with our diverse guest base.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest services and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate daily operations across departments, including reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Support guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle special requests or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the hotel.
- Assist in training new staff members and supervising team performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with human resources on staffing needs, scheduling, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or managerial experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and development.
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards is essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
