The Position: Lead Prep chef
We are looking for prep chefs to join our team. You may not be dealing with our guests directly but as prep chefs this is where it all starts. We are proud to say that we make all our products in house (expect the fries but give us that one). As prep chefs you will be responsible for:
- Food prep including (but not limited too) dough, sugo, our sides and a range of pizza toppings
- Make sure all prep is complete for each day
- Be responsible for Temperature records
- Responsible for Stock rotation
- Responsible for Out of Date food checks
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all kitchen and back of house areas
- Follow any reasonable request from your management team
- Maintain kitchen processes and always keep them up to date, ie cooksafe, haccp processes, coshh control etc.
- Ordering stock in line with par levels via ordering app
- Wear and keep uniform to company standards
What you’ll bring:
All levels will be considered but would be good if you had:
- Experience in high volume restaurants
- Awareness of kitchen compliance processes
- A positive and inclusive attitude
- A forward thinking attitude to hospitality
