Harborline Worlds operates a large-scale UGC platform where players, server operators, and creators build new experiences, share tools, and distribute premium content. Our community team helps shape communication between platform leadership and the people extending the ecosystem every day.
We're hiring a Creator Community Specialist to support creator-facing communications, community listening, and moderation across a fast-moving multiplayer platform. You'll surface sentiment, highlight standout creations, and help internal teams stay closely connected to the needs of makers and players.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft community-facing updates including creator spotlights, release summaries, and platform announcements

Monitor creator and player conversations across forums, Discord, Reddit, and related channels

Synthesize sentiment and feedback into actionable reports for internal leadership

Support moderation and community health initiatives across official channels

Identify high-quality user-generated projects for recognition and amplification

Coordinate communication timing with product, support, and platform leadership

Represent community priorities clearly to internal stakeholders

Track emerging issues, recurring feedback themes, and ecosystem opportunities

Help maintain an inclusive, constructive, and creator-friendly environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years in community, communications, social, or player-facing roles in games or digital entertainment

Hands-on experience managing online communities across multiple platforms

Strong written communication skills and a confident editorial voice

Ability to interpret community sentiment and present it clearly to cross-functional teams

Experience collaborating with product, support, and marketing partners

Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment in public-facing situations

Passion for creator ecosystems and player communities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with modding, UGC, creator tools, or custom server ecosystems
