Summary
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. This vital role involves supporting our residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being aligns with our commitment to exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Implement and update individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes dignity and independence.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns promptly.
- Support the organisation of recreational activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a care home or home care setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures.
