Due to our increasing workload, we are looking for a multi trade general builder/bricklayer, skilled and experienced in general building and bricklaying, block work, fencing, light groundworks/concreting/landscaping and minor repairs (e.g. roof tiles, guttering) to join the team as soon as possible. We are based on the outskirts of Bristol in Soundwell, BS16. Permanent role (self employed considered initially, with a view to becoming permanent).

Role Responsibilities
- Working alone and alongside various trade colleagues to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion on behalf of Smith & Brenson
- Ability to work in different settings, representing the company positively; client-focused environments and homeowners’ properties
- Following all instructions provided and maintaining a safe working environment
Criteria
- Multi skilled (see above)
- Relevant construction qualification desirable
- Valid driving licence (ideally with no more than six penalty points)
- Willingness to have Enhanced DBS criminal record check undertaken
