Shift Pattern & Commitment
- 12-hour shifts
- Days: 08:00 – 20:00
- Nights: 20:00 – 08:00
- Flexibility is essential, including the ability to cover shifts when needed
- This is a committed role requiring reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Essential Criteria
- Female applicant
- Non-smoker
- Aged 25+ (due to car insurance requirements)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Confident driver, including motorway experience
- Good IT skills (emails, typing, online tasks, basic research)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

I am in my 30s and live with complex health needs. I use a wheelchair and require consistent, person-centred support, including tracheostomy care, skin and eye care, and medication management.
I am a motivated, down-to-earth individual who values efficiency, initiative, and a positive environment. I like to stay active and make the most of each day.

No two days are the same, so I am looking for someone who can stay organised, think ahead, and adapt easily.
Role Responsibilities
This is a one-to-one support role, which includes:
- Personal care
- Driving to appointments and activities
- Preparing fresh, healthy meals
- Light household tasks
You will need to be:
- Proactive and well organised
- Calm and reliable in unexpected situations
- Able to work independently while following guidance
- Flexible and committed to long shifts
Experience in care is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided, including specialist medical care. A willingness to learn and confidence in handling new tasks is important.
