About the Role:
At MGM Bosco Logistics UK Ltd, we help businesses move, store and distribute products efficiently. Our warehouse operations play a central role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is properly controlled and deliveries leave on schedule.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator who can support the daily coordination of receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will work closely with warehouse staff, transport providers, inventory teams and customer-service colleagues to maintain an organised and efficient operation.
This role is suited to someone who is practical, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving logistics environment. You will help balance daily priorities, resolve operational issues and ensure that warehouse records remain accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Warehouse Coordination: Organise and monitor receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Workload Planning: Help allocate daily tasks based on delivery schedules, customer priorities and available staffing.
Inventory Accuracy: Monitor stock movements and support cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
Inbound Deliveries: Check delivery schedules and coordinate the receipt, inspection and recording of incoming goods.
Outbound Orders: Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, labelled and prepared for dispatch on time.
Team Communication: Provide clear instructions and updates to warehouse staff regarding priorities, delays and operational changes.
Transport Coordination: Liaise with drivers, couriers and transport providers regarding collection and delivery times.
System Updates: Enter and maintain accurate information in warehouse, inventory and order-management systems.
Issue Resolution: Investigate missing stock, damaged items, delayed orders and delivery discrepancies.
Health and Safety: Support compliance with workplace safety procedures, manual-handling guidance and warehouse rules.
Quality Control: Check completed orders and warehouse documentation for accuracy before dispatch.
Performance Reporting: Help track order accuracy, dispatch times, inventory variances and daily warehouse output.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: At least two years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, distribution or a related operational environment.
Warehouse Knowledge: Understanding of receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and stock-control procedures.
Coordination Skills: Ability to organise multiple tasks and support warehouse staff during busy periods.
Systems: Familiarity with warehouse-management, inventory or order-processing systems.
Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and general office software.
Communication: Clear written and verbal English skills for working with warehouse teams, drivers, suppliers and customers.
Organisation: Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Problem-Solving: A practical approach to resolving stock, delivery and workflow issues.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures, including manual handling and safe equipment use.
Physical Requirements: Willingness to work within warehouse areas and move between operational and office spaces during the working day.
Pay: £2,300.00-£2,500.00 per month
