Housing Night Concierge (Supported Housing) 7.5 HOURS PER DAY / 4 ON 4 OFF ROTA BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4PM AND 2AM

Role Overview
A Housing Night Concierge is required to provide a safe, secure and supportive overnight presence within supported housing accommodation.
This position suits individuals confident working independently, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting vulnerable adults. The role contributes to maintaining a calm environment, ensuring building security, and responding appropriately to incidents during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an on-site overnight presence to maintain resident safety and property security
- Conduct regular building checks and patrols to monitor safety, well-being and maintenance issues
- Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents in line with policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident records
- Deliver clear verbal and written handovers between shifts
- Undertake additional duties aligned with the responsibilities of the role
Requirements
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during waking night shifts
- Strong communication, observation and record-keeping skills
- Previous experience in a similar night or concierge role desirable but not essential (training provided)
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance where travel is required
