A busy hotel located in Harrogate is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist with the running of all sections in its fast-paced kitchen to ensure smooth service operations. The hotel offers fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with Asian influences through to modern British fine dining served in its high-end brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Sous Chef to develop your skills in an up-and-coming kitchen where you will be expected to be able to run all sections whilst also assisting with the training of the junior members of the team.
Requirements:
Chefs applying must have previous experience in a fast-paced, fine dining brasserie establishment and an eagerness to learn and develop.
