As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health, dignity, and wellbeing of every resident, combining hands-on clinical care with strong leadership and guidance for the wider care team.

Deliver professional, high-quality nursing care to residents

Assess, plan, and implement personalised, person-centred care plans

Monitor residents' physical health, mental wellbeing, and cognitive changes
-
Liaise with GPs, nurses, and other external healthcare professionals
-
Lead and support care teams on shift, ensuring high standards are maintained

Supervise and mentor Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants

Conduct staff supervisions and support ongoing development
-
Ensure safe and effective medication management in line with NMC guidelines
-
Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times
-
Respond to incidents, safeguarding concerns, and clinical changes appropriately
-
Support inductions and training for new staff
-
Step in to provide senior cover when required

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
-
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high standards of care

Experience in care homes or working with older people (desirable)

Confident leading teams and supporting staff development

Skilled in care planning, risk assessments, and clinical decision-making

Compassionate, patient, and person-centred in your approach
