We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our Residential Home and Nursing Home teams. Unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship.
Pay (Weekly Paid)
- £13.94 per hour – No qualification
- £14.60 per hour – NVQ Level 2
- £15.30 per hour – NVQ Level 3
Hours & Shifts
- Day shifts & possible night shifts
- Full-time and part-time hours available
- Shifts between 07:00 and 21:30
- Mixture of early and late shifts
- Must be able to work alternate weekends
Role Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care and support
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
- Working as part of a supportive and professional care team
- Maintaining a safe and homely environment
Residential Home
- Relationship-led care in a calm, homely setting
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Full training provided
Nursing Home
- Supporting residents alongside qualified nursing staff
- Opportunity to develop care skills and clinical awareness
- Ideal for those wishing to progress within care or nursing
Training & Career Development
- Extensive, in-depth paid training
- Support to complete NVQ Level 2 or Level 3
- Ongoing professional development
Requirements
