An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services provider covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London. This role is ideal for a qualified Electrical Engineer looking for a varied position with no on-call requirements, paid lunches, and excellent exposure to a diverse range of commercial buildings.

- Salary: £47,000
- Hours: 45-hour week (paid lunch included)
- Travel Card: Provided
- Holiday: 21 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with service

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical repairs
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting across electrical systems
- Maintain lighting, power, emergency lighting, and associated building services equipment
- Complete electrical testing, inspections, and remedial works where required
- Ensure all maintenance records and compliance documentation are completed accurately
- Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Ensure all works are completed in line with current health and safety regulations
Requirements / Qualifications
- Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification or equivalent
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Valid CSCS or ECS Card
- Experience working within commercial building services environments
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
