About the Role
As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading shifts and working independently to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead by example, support your team, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating, and supporting the team while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed when you are leading the shift.
- Working confidently across both the bar and restaurant as required.
- Delegating and prioritising tasks to ensure each shift runs efficiently.
- Assisting with cellar duties, including changing barrels (full training will be provided).
This role is a minimum of 25 hours per week with the option for more. The salary is £13ph + tips.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Have at least one year's experience in a bar, pub, or restaurant environment.
