We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Bar Manager to lead our bar with energy, creativity, and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Designing and evolving an innovative cocktail menu, with a focus on creativity, quality, and seasonality.
- Driving sales and profitability by working towards and achieving agreed KPIs.
- Managing stock, ordering, GP, wastage, and inventory control.
- Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations.
- Training, mentoring, and inspiring your team to grow their skills and confidence.
- Working closely with the wider management team to deliver operational excellence and commercial success.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar leadership role.
- A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, and hospitality.
- A creative mindset with the confidence to develop unique drinks and concepts.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing KPIs, labour, and stock control.
- A natural leader who can motivate a team and lead by example.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always looking for ways to improve.
