We are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar & Terrace Waiter/Waitress to join the Team at the Langham Hotel, Eastbourne.
This job is applicable to people aged 21 and above.
We're looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our Front of House team, working across our stunning seafront terrace and hotel bar.
This is a guest-facing role where personality is just as important as experience. You'll be the welcoming face of the terrace and bar, creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere whilst delivering exceptional service to our guests.

- Has previous experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hotel environment.
- Is confident serving food and drinks and can work independently when required.

- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing customer service excellence in a fast paced environment, possess good communication skills and be adaptable to our ever changing and busy business.
Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
· Providing ALL customers with warm friendly and efficient service.
· Processing drink, food orders and payments using our Point of Sale system
· Preparing bar drinks, barista coffees, cocktails
· Serving food and drinks to tables
· Clearing tables of used items in the Bar, Lounges and Terrace and cleaning tables for next customers.
· Ensuring all drinks and service items are stocked at all times.
- Supporting other hotel departments when requested
· The adherence to all Health & Safety and Fire departmental procedures.
