Community Lettings Site Staff – BBEC (Saturdays)

About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and community-minded Site Staff member to join the Communihire team, supporting the weekend lettings of school sports and leisure facilities at BBEC.
This is a hands on role ensuring our community groups, from sports clubs to fitness classes have a safe, welcoming, and well-managed space to enjoy. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the site running smoothly, representing both the school and Communihire with professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Setting up and taking down equipment for community activities (e.g. badminton, football, fitness, drama)
· Welcoming visitors and ensuring their safety and enjoyment on-site
· Managing access, locking/unlocking facilities, and maintaining a clean and secure environment
· Acting as the main point of contact for any on-site queries
· Reporting any maintenance or safeguarding concerns promptly
· Ensuring the school is ready for teaching use after lettings
What We’re Looking For
· Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people
· Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
· Takes initiative and cares about doing a job well
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
· Ability to move sporting equipment such as football goals / gym mats
· Interest in sport, leisure, or community engagement
· First Aid training desirable (we can provide training)
· Must be 18+
· Enhanced DBS required (application can be done through us)

Shifts Available
Saturdays 8:30am - 2pm
Shifts may vary depending on confirmed bookings. There will be the opportunity to cover shifts on evenings and Sundays.
