We are looking for an experienced LVT flooring installer to complete flooring works The successful applicant must have proven experience installing luxury vinyl tile flooring and be able to work efficiently to a high standard. Responsibilities Prepare and assess the subfloor before installation Carry out any necessary smoothing or floor preparation Accurately measure, cut and install LVT flooring Install flooring neatly around walls, doorways and fixtures Follow the required floor layout and pattern Maintain a clean and safe working area Complete the work within the agreed programme Requirements Previous professional LVT flooring installation experience Experience working on commercial projects is preferred Good knowledge of floor preparation, adhesives and installation methods Ability to produce a high-quality finish Own tools and transport Reliable and able to start promptly Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential This is a temporary position for the duration of the flooring installation, with the possibility of further work for the right person.
