Cleanroom Operatives - Baglan
The rewards
- £16.39 per hour
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates including time and a half and double time
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week — 3 rotating shifts weekly
- Mornings: Mon–Fri, 6am–2pm
- Afternoons: Mon–Fri, 2pm–10pm
- Nights: Sun–Thurs, 10pm–6am
The role of Cleanroom Operative:
- Work as part of a successful team as well as on your own initiative
- Comply with Health and Safety policy with duty of care for yourself and others at all times
- Carry out all relevant tests and procedures within the production process to meet quality standards
- Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standards expected of a healthcare company
- Clean and maintain the production environment as required, taking part in Plant 5S programmes at all times
- Attention to detail and accuracy with all paperwork as expected of a GMP manufacturer
- Interface with members of Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to a continuously changing production environment
- Attendance and timekeeping to meet the company's strict zero tolerance discipline standards
- Carry out all duties as required by your Line Manager
The ideal Cleanroom Operative:
- Keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- Target driven
- Ability to work to standards that meet GMP, 5S, Quality and Health and Safety requirements
