The Role
As a Care Assistant (Band 2), you will help provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to our residents while supporting them to maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with personal care
- Assisting with mobility, nutrition, and hydration
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and independence
- Monitoring residents and reporting concerns
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
- Completing care documentation accurately
- Working closely with Senior Carers and Team Leaders
You may also begin developing supported key worker responsibilities as part of your progression within the role.
