Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves folding fabric with speed and accuracy and maintaining efficient production processes within a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance, adjustments, or assembly work as required.
- Conduct quality checks on products during different stages of production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Support warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and stock organisation as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Fabric knowledge is advantageous .
- Attention to detail and the ability to create consistant results is essential.
- Experience with assembly processes will be considered beneficial.
