Summary
'Stores and Parts Fullfilment Operative' based in Marchwood plays a vital role in managing inventory, parts distribution, and supporting our Pump Service maintenance operations. Your work will contribute to maintaining high standards of fuel safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
' Manage stock levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and dispatch parts and equipment to maintain van stocks and jobs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using online systems.
- Assist with warehouse organization and shipping & receiving processes.
- Support the maintenance team with logistical needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during handling and storage.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.
Qualifications
' Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using forklift trucks and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to warehouse activities.
