We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef to join our team at The Britannia Hotel in Manchester city centre! Our 363-room, Grade II listed hotel is ideally situated on the busy Portland Street, opposite Piccadilly Gardens bus station and just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station making it ideal for commuting.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
- Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
- Adhering to our stock control procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a busy team.
- Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
