Pinnacle Training Associates Limited are an exciting and expanding training company. We are now recruiting for a Health and Social Care Trainer to join our established team. This is an opportunity for you to join a dedicated team as a full time or part time trainer on a permanent basis delivering high quality health and social care training across the Kent, Essex, Surrey, Hampshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Norfolk areas. Salary: £24,420.00-£40,397.58 per year pro rata
The role will require delivering on site training to residential care and home care companies in and around your region as above.* Therefore, travel will be an expectation of the position, so a full driving licence and being comfortable with travel and overnight stays is a must. Any accommodation needed will be booked and paid for by Pinnacle and a fuel card will be available for any fuel required.*
The Trainer:
You will be competent to deliver a range of courses especially the Care Service Mandatory Training Courses including any practical involved especially with the First Aid courses and Client Moving and Handling course:
- Basic First Aid
- Emergency First Aid at Work One Day Course
- Client Moving and Handling
- Safe Handling of Medication
- Challenging Behaviour/Breakaway Techniques
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Dementia
- Learning Disability
- Autism
- Epilepsy & Buccal
- Infection Control
- Equality and Diversity
- Fire Safety
- Health & Safety
- Food Hygiene
- Mental Caps & Dols
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA)
- Train the Trainer (Presentation Skills)
- Experience of training and full knowledge of each course is essential
