Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable Seasonal Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team during busy periods. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling materials efficiently, supporting shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain warehouse experience and contribute to a sustainable business.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Picking and/or packing orders, ensuring that items are picked accurately from location, and are accurate before packing. Orders must be packed in a neat and presentable way and performance targets must be met.
- Take direction from Warehouse Managers and Supervisors on process changes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
- Assist in various warehouse and logistics tasks as and when required and directed by a manager.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock movements
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team during busy seasonal periods

Contracts available include:
Full time, part-time, fixed terms and zero hours
Start dates in September and October
Day time shifts only, and may include some weekend shifts
