Our busy Belfast city centre studio is a vibrant space where people come to relax, create, and make memories through pottery painting, tufting, and creative workshops. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a job that's a little different every day, we'd love to hear from you.
No experience? No problem. We provide full training in pottery painting, tufting, and workshop hosting. We're much more interested in your personality, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Position Details
- Role: Studio Assistant (Part-Time)
- Location: Belfast City Centre
- Hours: 6–25 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)
- Pay: £12.50 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different! Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating a warm, friendly welcome for every customer.
- Explaining how pottery painting and tufting sessions work.
- Hosting and assisting with pottery painting, tufting, and creative workshops (full training provided).
- Preparing materials and setting up sessions.
- Keeping the studio clean, organised, and beautifully presented.
- Managing bookings, answering customer enquiries, and assisting with collections.
- Processing pottery, including waxing, glazing, kiln loading/unloading, and quality checking (full training provided).
- Working alongside the team to ensure every customer has an amazing experience.
