We are offering an exciting opportunity for a graduate level individual to join our HR and Payroll team. You will be learning all aspects of HR and Payroll whilst working with a team of talented individuals who are passionate about what we do.

Process monthly payroll changes ensuring accurate data is uploaded to the payroll system
- Prepare payroll reports to support business requests
- Support recruitment activity - create job advertisements, sift candidate applications and support with interviews
- Manage onboarding and induction requirements for employees within defined area
- Provide guidance and support to managers on handling disciplinary and grievance issues
- Manage HR administration ensuring systems are updated, processes are completed and data is accurate and up to date

Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or Business Management
- Able to analyse data and knowledge of using Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good team player
- Ability to be discreet when handling confidential data
