As our Care Compliance & Audit Officer, you'll work alongside our nursing and care teams to monitor standards, identify improvements and help drive a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support **care, quality and compliance audits
- Monitor compliance with policies, legislation and regulatory standards.
- Review care records and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor action plans to drive best practice.
- Support clinical governance and quality reporting.
- identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, care and management teams.
- Promote a positive culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and confident, with excellent attention to detail.
You'll have:
- experience in audit, compliance, quality assurance or governance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence working with electronic systems.
- The ability to analyse information and identify practical improvements.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards of care.
