As a Care Worker, you will help people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. This rewarding role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others and making a genuine difference in their community.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
- Assisting with meals, medication and household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping individuals maintain their independence
- Keeping accurate care records
- Treating every individual with dignity, respect and compassion
What we are looking for
- A caring, patient and dependable approach
- Good communication and listening skills
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as training can be provided
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required, depending on the role
