Your Role:
The job role will include (but is not limited to);
- Leading by example and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service standards every day.
- Driving a positive and inclusive team culture where people feel valued and supported.
- Supporting with stock control, rotas, compliance and operational standards.
- Helping train, develop and motivate team members, helping them build confidence and grow their careers.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for people visiting The Beagle on Gay Street. Providing excellent customer service to all our guests at all times.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every shift delivers great hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
- Waiting tables and ensuring guests are well looked after and needs are anticipated.
- Cleaning and table linen duties for the front of house areas.
- Ensuring the restaurant is kept clean and tidy in line with our daily standards.
Shifts would be a mixture of mornings (07:30 - 14:00) and afternoons/evenings (14:00 - 21:00/ 22:00) and will include weekends and bank holidays.
