What you'll do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring services.
- Develop and improve recruitment processes that enhance candidate and client experiences.
- Manage recruitment projects, hiring campaigns, and operational priorities.
- Support workforce planning and collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet recruitment goals.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Oversee recruitment systems, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment best practices.
- Manage and develop recruitment teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance support.
- Contribute to business growth through operational planning and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, business operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using recruitment platforms or HR systems is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £5,000.00-£6,800.00 per month
