About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to support our busy warehouse operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the site—managing documentation, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
· Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning and inputting of data.
· Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
· Coordinating site tasks and provide information to internal colleagues or external enquiries.
· Responding to internal and external email requests.
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
· Resolve administrative problems.
· Answering telephone calls and radio comms
· Ensuring completion of all site visitors paperwork including work permits and Health questionnaire.
· Signing in/out drivers and associated procedures /instructions.
· Booking transport for all customers through the relevant portals / Schedule transport collections
· Order creation and associated paperwork / Inputting/Downloading EDI orders.
· Updating progress boards with daily orders and performance information.
· Confirming picked orders systemically on internal computer systems and creating despatch notes.
· Booking in all deliveries and inputting stock onto computer system.
· Able to use Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Training given on ERP and WMS system.
· Report and deal with stock issues.
· Able to load and unload trailers using a PPT (PPT training can be given).
· Able to pick orders
· Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and switch between the office and warehouse duties when required.
Skills Required
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Comfortable in dealing with internal and external costumers.
· Good communication skills (good level of English and telephone manner).
· Proficient computer skills, with ERP system experience
· Preferable warehouse experience
