We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and passionate Servers to join The Alchemist – a creative cocktail bar and restaurant where theatre, atmosphere, and unforgettable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves hospitality, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest. Our Servers bring energy, personality, and confidence to the floor while delivering exceptional food and drink service with genuine passion.
As part of the team, you’ll build strong knowledge of our food and cocktail menus, learn how to deliver The Alchemist experience, and play a key role in creating the theatre and atmosphere that make us unique.
- Delivering excellent guest service throughout every stage of the experience
- Creating memorable moments through engaging, energetic, and professional hospitality
- Building strong knowledge of our food, drinks, and cocktail menus
- Making recommendations and confidently talking guests through the menu
- Supporting the wider restaurant and bar team during busy services
- Helping create a high-energy atmosphere full of personality and theatre
