Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff / General Assistants. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and responsibly, ensuring proper handling and adherence to food safety standards
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
- Support the bar team during busy periods by preparing ingredients and replenishing supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Help with general venue duties such as stock rotation, cleaning, and organizing supplies
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and serving procedures is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Operating the till system and skills for handling cash and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, face to face , via email or over the phone.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed

Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 25.0 per week
