Somali interpreters are currently in high demand!

You don't need a formal interpreting qualification to apply.
We're looking for people who:
- ✓ Are fluent in Somali and English
- ✓ Live in or near Whitechapel, Stepney, Spitalfields or surrounding East London areas
- ✓ Can travel locally to face-to-face assignments
- ✓ Are reliable, professional and punctual
- ✓ Have good communication and listening skills
- ✓ Are eligible to work on a self-employed basis in the UK
- ✓ Can meet the required recruitment and compliance checks
Previous interpreting experience or qualifications are welcome, but NOT essential.
- Provide face-to-face Somali English interpreting
- Support communication between service users and professionals
- Handle confidential information professionally
