We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa in Midhurst.
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar and events, ensuring an outstanding guest experience whilst maximising financial performance in your areas of responsibility.
You will manage the Food & Beverage Team and be an effective and strong head of department and Duty Manager.
In order to continually improve and develop the operation, you need to be fully conversant with all restaurant, bar and events procedures and policies and systems.
To have an understanding and knowledge of wines both international and particularly from Sussex.
Working with the team, you need a 'can do' attitude, an ability to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy and importantly have heaps of stamina, this is an operational role.
Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
