Job Summary
We are a telecommunications provider based in Preston. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Services Manager to lead our customer support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and staff, a strong leadership and communication skills, are essential for this role. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high standards of service are maintained across all channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise daily operations, including handling escalated issues and resolving complex customer complaints.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes professional development and teamwork.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare reports on team performance, customer satisfaction levels, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Proven management or supervisory experience within a customer service environment.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
