The Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) staff across the Faculty work together in a close network of teams that support all of our students.
You will provide specialist administration to postgraduate taught degree programmes, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented. You will assist in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff related to the designated degree programmes, as well as providing support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students. This includes from enquiry to completion, supporting departmental tasks and processes relating to assessment, student, and programme records.
Appointment Details:
- This is a 0.4 FTE post (14.6 hours per week)
- The post is graded at GRADE 6, the annual salary for which ranges from £36,433 to £41,833 including London Allowance (prorated to 0.4 FTE)
- This is a part-time permanent post
- The role will be based at UCL’s Bloomsbury Campus
- This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site. Currently this role has weekly onsite days on Mondays and/or Thursdays. Some flexibility may be able to be explored where required

You should have administrative experience in a busy office environment with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt and learn new systems, liaise with a variety of people and relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context.
You will be proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be able to manage a busy workload and meet time-critical schedules whilst maintaining a commitment to high quality service.
