Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence.
- Manage your designated section by organising ingredients, tools, and workflow for efficient meal preparation, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service times and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards by following proper sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist in training junior staff and sharing culinary techniques to foster team growth.
- Monitor stock levels within your section, communicate needs for ingredients or supplies promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles at high-end and high-volume venues.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
- A strong team player who communicates openly and respectfully.
- Prior experience serving guests or customers is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for hospitality is key.
- Naturally warm, friendly, and approachable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Cash Incentives:
- Loyalty Bonus - For every 6 months of service completed, the employee will receive a £300 cash bonus in their next pay check (hourly paid employees only).
- £150 dining voucher after 6 months continuous service (redeemable Mon & Tue)
- £10 contribution for taxis home for all staff who finish after last tube (Mon -Thurs& Sunday) 1 ride per day.
- Introduce a star - £1,000 referral bonus. £500 payable after referral passing probation, and an additional, £500 after 6 months of work.
