Ear Wax Removal Practitioner / Clinic Partner Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing Northampton clinic as a Self-Employed Ear Wax Removal Practitioner.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build their own income within an established healthcare brand, with the potential to progress into a clinic partner role as the branch grows.
Rather than a fixed hourly position, this role operates on a commission-based model, where you earn a percentage of each completed client appointment. The more clients you support and the more you help grow the clinic, the greater your earning potential.
Working Availability
Flexibility and commitment are essential. You will need to be available to support clinic opening hours and client demand, including:
- Monday to Thursday: between 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday & Saturday: between 10:00am – 3:00pm
Exact working patterns can be discussed, but availability during these periods is required to ensure clients can access appointments and the clinic can continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out ear wax removal procedures (full training provided where required)
- Providing excellent patient care and customer service
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical standards
- Managing appointments and ensuring a smooth patient journey
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting the growth and reputation of the Northampton clinic
- Working independently while representing the Ear Wax Clinic brand professionally
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Basic clinical experience preferred (for example: healthcare assistant, phlebotomy, nursing support, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, caring, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Willingness to commit to clinic availability and business growth
